Fire and water compliance services across Ireland

Safer Solutions is based in Co. Tipperary and works with businesses, care providers and landlords across Ireland. Our main services are fire risk assessments, legionella risk assessments, water sampling, water tank cleaning, and fire extinguisher sales and maintenance.

Fire risk assessments

If you have control of a building, you have duties under section 18(2) of the Fire Services Acts 1981 and 2003, and employers must assess workplace risks, including fire, under the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005. Our fire risk assessments give you a written report with practical actions.

Legionella risk assessments

Our legionella risk assessments review your hot and cold water system and tell you where legionella could grow and what to do about it. The HPSC National Guidelines for the Control of Legionellosis in Ireland and HSA guidance on Legionnaires’ disease are the main Irish references. See what happens on a visit.

Water sampling

We take water samples and send them to an independent accredited laboratory. Sampling shows what is in the water on the day it is taken and works alongside your risk assessment. Fire extinguisher sales and maintenance
